Gareth has been working in the steel construction industry for 25 years and specialised in design and build steel frame structures. In his early career he worked as a Structural Engineer designing complex steel connections for a wide range of projects before progressing on to unto designing portal frame sheds and medium rise steel framed buildings.
He is now responsible for all technical and design issues, including design aspects of CDM. He has overall supervision of all Design Engineers, and reviews the detailed design of structures, connections, and temporary stability aspects of the build.
Martin has worked on a wide range of structural steel projects during his 25year career in the industry. His straightforward, can-do approach has allowed him to hone his talents and expertise, to be overseeing and guiding our project management team. His experience working in India allowed him to demonstrate his ability to manage improvement and change at all levels through project delivery using effective leadership, communication, and motivation.
Martin is also responsible for the management of all aspects of our Structural Steel D&B projects, at the pre-construction stage.
With over 25years of structural steel experience, Gary has a long history within the construction industry throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and in the Middle East. He has been involved in a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects during his career as a structural detailer, technical manager, and project manager. He is responsible for the overall management of the projects team being involved in all stages of a project, from planning and contracts, right through to completion.
Gary is also responsible for the management of all aspects of our Light Guage Steel Frame projects, at the pre-construction stage.
Paul has decades of expertise in the structural steel business and has gained substantial contractual and commercial knowledge over the past 40years. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of complicated design and construction projects in the United Kingdom and the Middle East. He controls and supervises the Quantity Surveying department and oversees all contract papers and warranties.
His responsibilities also include financial monitoring and reporting on all project-related expenses and sales.
Neil is a qualified chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry with a proven track record of adding value to fast paced growing businesses across multiple sectors both financially and operationally. He is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s financial strategy ensuring that systems are robust, compliant and able to support current activities and future growth.
Whether it be in accounting and finance, IT proficiency or legal expertise Neil is an expert people person, handling both the HR role as well as our finances and adopts a hands-on approach to every responsibility.
David has over 30 years’ experience in the structural steel industry having progressed from his draughtsman’s role through to senior technical, commercial and project management roles. Possessing a wealth of knowledge from working on a variety of complex projects across multiple sectors across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
David brings considerable expertise to his role as Managing Director and was central to the growth of the business since his appointment in 2017.
