CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We focus our continuous improvement to ultimately benefit our client’s projects, this includes product testing for Structural and Fire capabilities.

• Our ambitious fire testing programme of Full-Scale Testing for internal and external walls build ups has achieved 60, 90 & 120-minute fire ratings to BS EN 13501 - part 2. We now have sector leading information on reaction to fire for Light Gauge Steel Framing Systems.
• Brickwork Support is a key area where we have aided our clients design teams. By developing our unique bracket support system that provides flexibility for both position in height and depth.
• We continue to focus on new product developments to assist design and site teams to take full advantage of the programme benefits of a MetStructures Light Gauge Steel Frame.
• On site safety is paramount, we have our own approved edge protection system that our clients are using to mitigate the need for on site perimeter scaffolding.
